The large pool, ameneties (prams, high chairs, pool toys, stair gate, travel cot) and brand spanking new plasma TV are great additions. We made use of the washer, dryer and spare towels so there is no need to overpack. Overall my family had a great experience in this property and I would not hesitate to use it again or recommend it to friends and family. The lounge has high ceilings and comprises of a beautifully decorated family room overlooking the pool area with separate dining area , a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge freezer which has an ice maker and water dispenser, cooker and hob, waste disposal unit and numerous small electricals for your convenience.

For your added comfort there is air conditioning throughout, full laundry facilities, a 50" HD ready TV in the family room, family DVD library, and the villa is fully alarmed to ensure your peace of mind.

The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, automatic ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is a large breakfast bar with enough seating for four people.

If you need to do any laundry, you will find a large capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron, and ironing board in the laundry room. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs.

In the spacious garage there is a Games room featuring a pool table, table football , air hockey and table tennis and free internet access.

Tennis racquets and tennis balls are also provided.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The first master bedroom set out as a king. It has a large luxurious en-suite complete with a generous sized corner bath, walk in shower and large walk in closet.

The second master bedroom is set out as a queen with en-suite which also is en suite with large walk in shower and walk in closet. All rooms have cable TV there is hairdryers & straightener’s in the bathrooms.

Bedrooms three four and five are twin rooms which are decorated to high standard or you could choose a fun Nemo theme (to be arranged at time of booking). there is also a PS.2 & plug & play games. So, ideal for kids both young and old!!!!

To the rear of the villa is the stunning 26 x 13 ft pool and spa with covered lanai and offers private space for your family.

The pool area boasts an extended pool deck ideal for sunbathing and is east facing so benefits from sunshine from breakfast until late afternoon and is NOT overlooked so offers our guests great privacy.

Pool doors are alarmed and we also have a pool safety screen so you can sit outside and children are safe.

Our extremely efficient, friendly and local Management Company in Florida maintains the villa to the highest of standards both internally and externally. They will be available to sort out any problems during office hours and deal with emergencies 24 hours a day.

You will find a complete folder of information in the villa on your arrival. You will be required to pay a security deposit of £300 / $400 2 weeks before arrival, which will be refunded within 28 days of your return if the management company reports that all is well. The Villa is strictly non smoking.

We also offer advice on tickets for most attractions . Details and prices of these can be provided on application through the special deals we have with our agents.
