Welcome to our beautiful Tuscan-style red terracotta roofed villa which is situated on the gated community of Tuscan Hills, one of Orlando's newest and most impressive luxury communities. Set in an impressive courtyard, these homes are different to other homes in Florida. We are also close to Disney and all the best of Florida’s attractions.
With 2,893 sq ft of living space, and an extended pool area, our 2 storey villa is much larger than the standard Orlando rental villa, and is therefore ideal for parties of up to twelve people. The living room is open plan and is very spacious and beautifully furnished and has a 56” HD T.V and DVD. There is also a separate toilet and washbasin on the ground floor. The dining room has a large table and can easily seat 8 people.

* Master Suite (wheel chair accessible from living room) has a Queen size bed T.V and DVD.
En- suite bathroom. It also has it’s own small patio area. Ideal for grandparents, or where
families travel together.

separate bath.
* Second master bedroom with Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with large walk
in shower.
* Bedrooms three, four and five are twin rooms, all beautifully decorated, each room has a PS2
or games console. There is a bathroom on the landing comprising bath and shower.
* Games room comprising Pool, Air hockey, Table Tennis, Backgammon. We provide Wilson
tennis rackets and balls for the use of our guests.
* Fully equipped kitchen including electric range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator providing chilled water, crushed or cubed ice.
* Well equipped games room including pool table, air hockey and foosball table.
* Laundry room with washer, dryer and iron/board.

Located just a short distance from Tuscan Hills you'll find all the essential amenities including a variety of shops & restaurants, several banks, petrol station, a Super Wal-Mart and Publix supermarket...
Being located on the US 27, just one mile from the intersection with the US 192, gives you direct access to Orlando's main thoroughfares, making it easy to get to where ever you wish to go around Orlando. The Interstate 4 can easily be reached and provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (60 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando (Universal Studios/SeaWorld 20 minutes) and the Airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 1 hour). Disney is 15 minutes away. Please ask about our traffic buster routes.
We can save on the packing too all bedding and towels are provided, each en-suite bedroom has a hairdryer and the master bedroom has hair straightening irons. In addition we've made your holiday home as child friendly as possible and have supplied highchair, stroller/pushchair and cot . All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed and the pool itself can be fully screened in seconds for peace of mind.
